1. Fitness Boot Camp

 

Specifically tailored for students of Secondary or Tertiary levels, our Fitness Boot Camp aims to boost fitness, strength and endurance of the participants. Addressing the essentials of cardiovascular and muscular endurance alongside flexibility and mental fortitude, this comprehensive fitness programme is particularly well suited for preparing atheletes for competitions (zonal or otherwise) and for pre-National Servicemen.

 

2. The Biggest Loser Challenge

 

Suitable for individuals at all levels to improve their fitness level, lose some weight and fat, or generally raise the bar of healthy living, The Biggest Loser Challenge consists of fun-filled fitness workouts specially designed to suit each and every participant's needs. Our experienced trainers will work closely with participants to set reachable goals and attain the fitness level desired!

 

3. Kickboxing

 

Historically developed from a mixture of karate, Thai boxing and western boxing, Kickboxing is practiced for general fitness, self-defense and makes for an all-round fun workout. Energetic and highly addictive, Kickboxing enables one to feel his or her best, both physically and mentally.

 

4. Trail Biking

 

Designed for basic off-road riding skills, participants in the Trail Biking activity will experience the adrenaline rush of off-road biking, under the safe supervision of our experienced instructors. With its physical and mental demands, Trail Biking is a great way of improving both physical endurance and mental fortitude – aptitudes that are highly prized in today's society.

 

5. Navigation Skills

 

Alongside other activities that are conducted off the beaten track, the Navigation Skills course will teach participants to use navigation equipments (compass, map, pacer etc.) - skills that might come in handy one day. Specialized training will also be catered for NCC(Land) participants.

 

6. Uniform Group Precision Drills

 

Conducted by ex-SAF Drill Specialist, the Uniform Group Precision Drills course demands precision, discipline and team-work from its participants. Students will learn to work together in a group to fulfill various objectives of the course. Physically challenging and mentally demanding, the course instills a sense of discipline and pride in participants.

 

7. Basic Soldiering

 

A simple 10 week programme showcasing the life of a soldier, participants will engage in physical and combat training, as well as learning necessary survivor skills. Not restricted to male participants alone, the course imparts many important life skills as well as improving general physical fitness.

 

8. Advanced Soldiering

 

Designed to impart 'Officer'-like qualities to all participants, the course aims to groom a young generation of leaders who will be empowered to help both themselves and all those around them. From overcoming obstacle to honing leadership and decision-making skills, the course seeks to mold participants into the best that they can be.
