Can anyone join Fitness@Work?
Yes! We would advise all participants who are interested to join to go through a quick 5 minutes Par-Q assesment in your own time to assess your health status and to determine if you are fit to join our workout sessions
What is the attire for this programme?
For safety reasons and for a comfortable exercise session, all participants are required to be in covered sports shoes and comfortable sports attire (t-shirt, shorts etc.). Jeans are strongly not advised. Our facilitators on-site will disallow any participant from joining the session if not in proper attire, for safety reasons.
Are walk-ins welcome if i were to come last minute?
Yes! Just locate our registration booth on-site and our friendly facilitators will assist you in the registration.

What happens if it is raining before the start of the session?
You will be receiving a cancellation notification from the Healthy 365 app or you may head over to Team Axis's Facebook page for live updates on workout cancellations for the day.
