The following terms & conditions, and all subsequent revisions or amendments (T&Cs) made by the organiser, Health Promotion Board (“HPB”) shall apply to the 4 - week programme (“programme”). Participation in the programme signifies your agreement to be bound by all the T&Cs listed below. Please do not participate in the programme should you not agree in the T&Cs.
• This is a 4 week programme where participants self-educate through online health education resources and participate in a quiz to test your knowledge.

• Earn up to 8 badges to qualify for the lucky draw and stand a chance to win $2 Grab Vouchers.
