The following terms and conditions, and all subsequent revisions or amendments (“T&Cs”) made by Team Axis (“The Organiser”) and Health Promotion Board (“HPB”) shall apply to the “Nurture Your Mind Challenge” (also referred to as the “Challenge”). Participation in the Challenge signifies your agreement to be bound by all the T&Cs listed below. The Organiser and HPB reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments shall take effect immediately on the Challenge. Your continued participation of the Challenge thereafter represents your agreement to any such amendment(s). Please do not participate in the Challenge should you not agree to the T&Cs.

• This is a 4-week Challenge where participants learn through online health education resources and participate in weekly quizzes to earn badges (2 quizzes per week).

• The Challenge period is from

1st April 2024, 0000hours to

29th April 2024, 2359 hours.

• Earn at least 4 badges to qualify for the lucky draw and stand a chance to win a $2 NTUC E-voucher.

• 50 x $2 NTUC E-vouchers are up for grabs! Earn at least 4 badges to be one of the 50 lucky winners in the lucky draw!

• Eligible winners will be contacted via email on 3rd May 2024 by 1800 hours.

• All prizes are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

• The Organiser reserves the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, this Challenge, reward and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

• Participants will be awarded 1 badge when they complete 1 quiz, a maximum of 2 badges per week.

• To be eligible for the lucky draw, participants are required to earn at least 4 badges throughout the Challenge.

• Participants are required to use the same email address in each submission throughout the Challenge, or they will be ineligible for the prizes. The organiser will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by the participants.

• By participating in this Challenge, the participant understands that all personal data and information provided will be used solely by HPB and or its authorised service providers for statistical and future communication purposes.
